This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the docket Order dated 19.12.2014 passed in S.T.C.No.1 of 2012 on the file of learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise) Eluru, West Godavari District (for short, ‘the trial Court’), wherein the trial Court issued summons to the L.Ws.3 to 7 including the petitioner/L.W.5/P.W.5 and also issued the bailable warrant against the petitioner/L.W.5/P.W.5.

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. A perusal of the record, it is evident that the present revision has been preferred by the petitioner/P.W.5 challenging the docket order dated

19.12.2014 for issuance of summons to L.Ws.3 to 7 including the petitioner/P.W.5 and issuance of Bailable Warrant against the petitioner/P.W.5.

4. The case status report obtained from e-Courts shows disposal of the main S.T.C.No.1 of 2012 on 26.08.2015 as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
