The instant Criminal Petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS act’) has been filed, by the petitioners, seeking to quash the orders dated 12.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.120 of 2019 in O.P.No.143 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatanam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter before the Trial Court is dismissed. Hence, the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous.
