This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner herein under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in^{C.C.No.10of2017} on the file of learned III Additional District Judge & Sessions Judge-

cum-Special Judge for ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam.

2, Heard Sri S.Mohana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner^and

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the only request of the petitioner is to direct the learned III Additional District Judge & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam, to expedite the trial in the case, and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, as the case is pending from year 2017.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Criminal Petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission, without going^{intothemeritsof} the case, with a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam, to dispose of C.C.No.10 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
