This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed by the petitioner herein seeking to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.118 of 2025 of Bhogapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District.

Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1/State. perused the record.

Today, when the matter iS taken uP for hearing, learned COunSel for the petitioner placed a copy of order dated o3.04.2025 in crl,p.No.3557 of 2025. 'A perusal of the Said Order goes tO Show that

this Court while disposing of the said petition directed the station House Officer, Bhogapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District, to complete the investigation in present crime without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner herein. However, the said order does not preclude the investI-gating Officer from filing a Charge Sheet Or final report upon completion of the investigation.

ln view of the specific directions given Py this Court in the above referred order, this Court finds that the petitioner herein was already protected by giving specific direction, this court I'S not inclined to grant ahticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
