The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of sri Duggirala Subash, Advocate for the petition7 and public prosecutor for Respondent, the court made the following

since these criminal petitions are filed, under Section 48O & 483 of BNSS, seeking regular ba'll, by different accused i.e. crl.p.No.3226 of 2025 (filed by accused Nos.7, 8, 9 and ll) and crl.p.No.3241 of 2025 (filed by accused No.10) in same crime viz. crime No.4 of 2025 of Nidadavole Town Police Station, East GodaVari District, they are being taken uP together for disposal by way of this Common Order.

A case has been registered against the Petitioners and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985 (for short lthe NDPS Act').

Case of the Prosecution, -ln brief iS that On 10.01.2025, on receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff, rushed to open space nearby vacant TIDCO houses, Theerugudem Village and found Al to All in possession of 21.965Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along With Other material was seized under the cover of mediators report.

Learned COunSel for the Petitioners Submits that Similarly placed Person i.e. A2 has obtained regular bail by this Court in

the very same crime, vi-de order in crl.p.No.2698 of 2025, dated

19.03.2025. The case of the present petitioners herein i.e. A7 to All is also on the same footing as that of A2.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has also not disputed the correctness of the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioners.

ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, since A2 who is on the same footing as of petitioners herein/A7 to All was released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to petitioners herein/A7 to All.

In the result, the Criminal Petition Nos.3226 and 3241 of 2025 are allowed with the following conditions:

(i) The petitioners herein/A7 to All shall be released on

executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nidadavole.

(ii) After release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a fortnight for a period of three (O3) months.
