Seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.265/2017 on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate at Bheemunipatnam Visakhapatnam District (renumbered as C.C.No.265/2017 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam District), A.1, A.7 & A.8 filed Criminal Petition No.3193/2018 whereas A.2 to A.6 filed Criminal Petition No.9035/2024.

During pendency of the present Criminal Petitions the de facto complainant and the accused entered into a compromise and they filed affidavit of the de facto complainant. The de facto complainant personally present before this Court. This Court enquired the de facto complainant as to whether the compromise was entered into voluntarily or whether there is any coercion. The de facto complainant stated that there is no coercion and at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers they entered into compromise. She further stated that the accused also paid an amount of Rs.2,94,701/- (Rupees Two lakhs ninety four thousand seven hundred and one only) vide Demand Draft No.803891 dt. 19.09.2024 an amount of Rs.4,94,291/- (Rupees Four lakhs- ninety four thousand two hundred and ninety one only) vide Demand Draft No.434612 dt. 25.02.2025, and an amount of Rs.21,64,609/- (Rupees Twenty one lakhs sixty four thousand six hundred and nine only) vide Demand Draft No.050861 dt. 26.03.2025.
