The instant petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS) has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in FIR No.110 of 2024 on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam, for the offences under Sections 307, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).

I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to compromise the offences between the parties.

I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.110 of 2024 on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam and a joint memo was filed.

The petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 4 along with 2^nd respondent are present before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner No.2 was arrested on 25.02.2025 and that he is in judicial custody.

The affidavit seeking leave of the Court for quash FIR No.110 of

2024 are perused and joint memo also is perused, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is disposed off

and the proceedings against petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 in FIR No.110 of 2024, on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
