Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.616 of 2020 of Renugunta (U) Police Station, Chittoor District for the offences under Sections

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the relief has become infructuous.
