The criminal appeal is filed to set aside the conviction of the appellants/accused Nos.1 and 2 in S.C.No.30 of 2005 vide judgment dated 19.11.2007 on the file of Special Judge^forTrial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act, Prakasam Division, Ongole.

Sri V.V.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the appellants paid the fine amount and thus, the matter has become infructuous.
