Sri C.Sumon, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have entered into an arrangement, accepting the terms of the compromise entered between them on 28.05.2025. In view thereof, a memo of withdrawal of the present appeal has been filed in the Registry today. A copy of the said memo has been placed before us, seeking dismissal of the present appeal as withdrawn.

Sri G.Rohith, learned counsel representing Sri D.S.Sivadarshan, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 3. Recording the same, the Commercial Court Appeal ISi dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Interim order granted earlier by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2024 on 23.10.2024 stands vacated.
