Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the directions issued by this Court mi W.P.No.13441 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023

Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record written instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer. WRD, Nellore Central Division dated 17.07.2025, stating that the amounts have been paid and orders of this Court have been complied with.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents, that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1344rof 2023 dated 07.11.2023 is complied with, no further adjudication in this matter is necessary and the contempt case is liable to be closed.
