ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 20.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36203 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 20.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36203 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt

case shall stand closed.
