Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Orders of the Court, dated 24.10.2019 in W.P.No.16704 of 2019 have been complied with. However, the fact remains that the Orders of the Court had not been complied with for the past six years and consequently, the respondents need to be punished under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts^Act.

In view of the fact that the Orders of the Court have been complied with and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has conveyed the unqualified apology of the respondents for the lapse in complying with the directions of the Court, it would be appropriate to close this Contempt Case.
