The learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Kotabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District vide Rc.No.158/2024/CS dated 18/12/2024 wherein it is represented as follows:

“It is further submitted that in the reference 3^rd cited, the Sub collector, Tekkali has issued orders to restore the fair price shop dealership in favour of Smt.Velamala Yogeswari w/o Neelakantam, Dantha-I, Depot fair price shop No.0128706 of Kotabommali Mandal.

I submit that in pursuance of orders of the Honourable Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi the dealership of Dantha-I, Depot fair price shop No.0128706 of Kotabommali Mandal was restored to Smt.Velamala Yogeswari w/o Neelakantam of Sri Sai Ram SHG. Now Smt.Velamala Yogeswari w/o Neelakantam is issuing Essential Commodities to MDU operator for distribution of Essential Commodities to rice card holders in the fair price shop.”

The learned counsel for petitioner requested to record the same and dispose of the matter.

Accordingly, the petition is closed recording the same.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
