Heard Sri Reddy Venkata Ramana, learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner and Sri T.S. Rayulu, learned Counsel for the Respondents.

Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Contempt Case on the ground that in the prayer of the Writ Petition, it has been wrongly stated that the teak trees of the Petitioner are situated in Sy.No.108/A for an extent of Ac.2.47 cents. Learned Counsel for the

Contempt Petitioner would submit that, on verification of facts and the Pattadar Pass Book, the Petitioner has realised his mistake that a wrong prayer has been made in the Writ Petition. Learned Counsel would submit that the Petitioner ought to have mentioned an extent of Ac.2.44 cents in Sy.No.108/B instead of Ac.2.47 cents in Sy.No.108/A.

Having regard to these submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the Petitioner to withdraw this Contempt Case. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition, if so advised. No Order as to Costs.
