This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22998 of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 04.12.2020, the contemnors have filed counter along with the reply, they also placed an endorsement dated 02.02.2021.

¶35

Considering the same, as the respondents have already considered the application and placed an endorsement and the cause does not survive and there is no willful disobedience on the part of the contemnors.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
