The Court made the following order:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19987 of 2023.

Sri B.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through virtual mode, submits that the petitioner has received a call from the respondent authorities informing him that the bill amount has been credited to his account.

Recording the said submission, as the authorities have informed that the bill amount has been credited to the petitioner’s account, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner has not received the said amount, he is at liberty to file an appropriate application to reopen the case. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
