When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38661 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any. No order as to costs.
