COMMON JUDGMENT:

Both the appeals are filed against the Judgment dated 29.05.2010 passed in O.S.No.60 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Guntur.

Today, when the matter is taken up, both the parties i.e., appellant No.2 as well respondent Nos.2 to 4 in A.S.No.496 of 2010, who are appellant Nos.2 to 4 and respondent No.2 in A.S.No.685 of 2010 respectively, have jointly filed I.A.No.4 of 2025, under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the C.P.C., to record the joint compromise memo filed along with the application and to pass a decree in terms of compromise as mentioned in the said joint compromise memo.

Both parties are present before the Court, they admitted the terms of compromise as mentioned in the said joint compromise memo as true and correct and gave consent to record the same. 4. Both the parties have filed their Photostat copies of their Aadhar cards and they were identified by their respective counsels. A joint compromise memo has been filed, wherein it is

stated that the parties have agreed to settle the matters by way of compromise.

In view of the above, I.A.No.4 of 2025 is ordered by recording the compromise between the parties as per the terms of compromise mentioned in the joint compromise memo, which shall be part and parcel of the decree and judgment in the present Appeal Suit Nos.496 and 685 of 2010.

Since the joint compromise memo has been accepted by both parties and in view of the aforesaid circumstances, the Appeal Suit Nos.496 and 685 of 2010 are disposed of in terms of compromise recorded in I.A.No.4 of 2025. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interim order granted earlier if any, shall stand vacated.

As a sequel miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
