Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents - 2, 3, 4 and 7 not considering the request of the Petitioner society vide its representations dated 29/01/2024; 12/02/2024, 21/02/2024, to construct the ROR plant in the place of old demolished water tank as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and violation of fundamental rights of the citizen. And consequently, direct the Respondents - 2, 3, 4 and 7 to consider the representation and permit the petitioner society to construct ROR plant in place of old demolished water tank.
