The grievance of the petitioner is that despite petitioner’s representation dated 14.06.2023, respondent No.3-Tahsildar is not taking any steps to conduct survey of land in R.S.No.125, situated at Parimella village, Pentapadu Mandal, West^Godavari District and not issuing pattadar passbook to the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions of Tahsildar, Pentapadu Mandal, West Godavari District would submit that Tahsildar issued notice to the petitioner as well as enjoyers of the subject property and the enquiry is under process. He submits that after finalization of ROR enquiry orders will be passed.

In view of the instructions of Tahsildar, Pentapadu Mandal, since enquiry is under process, this writ petition is disposed of admissions stage without going into other aspects, directing respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, and communicate^the order to the petitioner and other interested persons, as expeditiously as possible within a period of three^{monthsfromthe} date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,^shall stand closed.
