No. 89-2 situated in Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District, from List of Prohibition lands list as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of Natural Justice and violation of Article 14, 21 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct

the respondents to delete the land an extent of Ac. 4.25 cents in Sy. No. 89-2 situated in Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District from the prohibited list of properties under^section22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and also update the petitioner^nameintheRSR in respect of the subject land.

The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent authorities in not disposing of Mee-seva application made by the petitioner on 01.02.2024, seeking deletion^oflandofan extent of Ac.4.25 cents in Sy.No.89-2 situated in Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District from the list of prohibited properties, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri B.Srihari, learned counsel for the petitioner^and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assessment appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of petitioner in the writ petition is that petitioner’s land of an extent of Ac.4.25 cents in Sy.No.89-2 situated in Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu^Districtis been shown in the list of prohibited properties under^Section 22A(1)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908. Hence, petitioner made application vide application No.TTA012400117861, dated 01.02.2024 seeking deletion of land. Since, no order is passed by the respondent No.2, the above writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assessment, on instructions of the Tahsildar, Rapthadu would submit that the petitioner made application seeking deletion under Section 22A(1)(a) of the Act in respect of land of an extent^{ofAc.4.25centsin} Sy.No.89-2 situated in Bommeparthy Village, Raptadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District. Due to Election duties, the application made by the petitioner could not be disposed of. He also^{wouldsubmitthat} the District Collector will dispose of the same in^{accordancewithlaw.}

In view of submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage^ofadmission with the consent of both the counsels, directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the application made by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
