ORDER:
At the time when the matter was taken on 21.11.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to 28.11.2024. Even on 28.11.2024, when the matter was called, there was no representation and the matter was posted to 05.12.2024, under the caption “For Dismissal”.
Though the matter was listed today under the caption “For Dismissal”, none appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in the present case.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
