Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondent authorities in taking steps to stop the illegal constructionsofthe7*^and8‘^ Respondents in Water tank bund/pump house land in R.S.No. 168 to an extent of 28.41 Square yards situated at Madhavayipalem Village, Narasapuram Town and Mandal, West Godavari District and removing the illegal structures therein as illegal and constitutionalandviolativeofArticles 14, 21, 19(1) (g) and 300-A Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to remove the structures of any kind in the Water tank bed/Drinking water Pump house land in R.S. No.168toanextentof 28.41 Square yards situated at Madhavayipalem Village, Narasapuram Town and Mandal, West Godavari District while initiating proceedings against the authorities concerned who failed to take any action in spite of representations made to them in this regard. lA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in thecircumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to take steps to stop all further construction/development activity of any kind at R.S.No. 168 to an extent of 28.41 Square yards situated at Madhavayipalem Village, Narasapuram Town and Mandal, West Godavari District by and 8‘^ Respondents by sealing the premises.
