Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ petition of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction declaring that clause (e) of Sub-section (7) of Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh value Added Tax Act, 2005 as ultra-vires and beyond the legislative competence of the State of Andhra Pradesh under Entry 54 of List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India, and also in violation of SI.No.92-A of Union List and Article 269(1 )(g) and also Article 286 and Sections 3, 4 & 5 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 and also in violation of Articles 14 & 301 of the Constitution of India, and pass such other order or orders as the Hon ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
