When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on
behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent furnished written instructions dated 13.11.2024, wherein it is stated that the auction was already completed and the account of the petitioner was also closed.
In view of the written instructions furnished by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, no further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition becomes infructuous.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
