Krishna District pursuant to the proceedings R C.No.1/C2/Promotion/2019, dated 30.8.2019 lA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the school at Yanamalakuduru (CB)MPPS, Penamaluru mandal, Krishna District by granting interim suspension of the Proceedings Rc.No.1/C2/Promotion/2019, dated 9.9.2019 issued by the 2"d respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition
