- Today when the matter came up for hearing, learnedGovernment Pleader has produced a copy of the instructions in Rc.No.3244/A6/2015/dated10.09.2024,receivedfrom the District Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam duly enclosing a copy of the orders passed by the District Educational Officer in Rc.No.3244/A6/2015,dated23.06.2016,asperwhich, the sanction orders were passed for payment of an amount of Rs.2,08,4333/- towards arrears of 2010 PRC and service payfixation, wherein it reads as under:
“Further, it is submitted that, the Commissioner ofSchoolEducation,Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad vide ref. 7 cited has released an amount of Rs.4,38,14,000/- to the Visakhapatnam, District forbalanceofthe 3"^ and 4'^ quarter i.e., from September to February, 2016 (6 months)duringthefinancial year 2015-16 towards payment of Grant-in-Aid salariesofthestaffworking in aided Primary/Upper Primary schools in the District. Accordingly, the District Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam vide ref. 8"’ citedhasreleasedthebalance amount of Rs.1,84,527/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty FourThousandFiveHundred and Twenty Seven only) towards the payment of 2010PRC arrear of Sri Y.Demudu, Retd., Head Master Port Aided Primary School, Saligrampuram, Visakhapatnam. A copy of the Proceedings Sanctioning an amount of Rs.1,84,527/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Seven only) towards payment of 2010 PRC & Payfixationarrearsn respect of Sri Y.Demudu, Retd., Head Master, Port AidedPrimary school, Saligrampuram, Visakhapatnam is herewith submittedforkindperusal."
