The present writ petition has been filed hy the petitionerunder Article 226 of Constitution of India, challenging theinactionofthe respondents in declaring the D.Ed., 2^^ year studentsresultsforthe academic year 2017-19 and is seeking a direction to the respondents to declare the D.Ed., 2^^ y^ar students results for the academic year 2017-19.
As the relief sought by the petitioner pertains ottheacademic year 2017-19, this Court feels that the cause in the writ petition would not survive.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if anyintheWrit Petition, shall stand closed.
