may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondent No.1 in issuing the impugned orders in Memo.No.WDCO2-26033/14/ 2022-ICPS-WD and CW, Dt.03/01/2023, transferring the petitioner from Vizianagaram District to Krishna District for making a complaint on sexual harassment against her colleague contrary to Sec 12 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressel) Act, 2013 and in further violation of the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and is against the PrinciplesofNaturalJusticeand consequently set aside the impugned transfer orders duly directing the petitioner to send back her to original place of posting and to pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
