Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or directionmoreinthenatureofWrit of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2"'^ respondent in interfering in Civil disputes acting at the behest of the 3'^'^ respondent and threatening the petitioners and others with dire consequences to settlethe matter out of the Court when the subject matter pertaining to the land in Sy.No.32/3 of Akkacheruvupadu Village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District to the extent of Ac.6.08 cents is pending before various Hon'ble Courts, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 2^’^ respondent not to interfere in Civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the 3 rd respondent pertaining to the land to the extent of Ac.6.08 cents in Sy.No.32/3 of Akkacheruvupadu village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
