Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned action of the Respondents in not considering the case of petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Audit Officer, on the basis of Charge Memo in G.O.Rt.No.1096, dt 06.06.2019, and •pendency of Criminal Case in Cr.No.185/2018, dt 14.10.2018 on the file of Inaguduru Police Station, Machilipatnam, Krishna District and further action of the respondents in proceeding to effect promotions to the post of Assistant Audit Officer in state Audit Department, without considering the petitioner on the ground of long pending disciplinary proceedings in Charge Memo issued vide G.O.Rt.No.1096 Finance Department, dt 06.06.2019, and proceedings in Cr.No.185 of 2018, dt 14.10.2018, on the file of Inaguduru Police Station, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature for
