The present writ petition has been filed by the petitionerunder Article 226 of Constitution of India, challenging the action of the respondents in denying admission to the petitioner herein despite having re(}uisite qualifications for 6 year integrated B.Tech program 2016-17 £LS per the notification dated 12.05.2016 without according any reason and is seeking a direction to the respondentstoadmitthe petitioner herein in 6-year integrated B.Tech Program2016-17.
As the relief sought by the petitioner pertains totheacademic year 2016-17, this Court feels that the cause in the writ petition would not suiwive.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
