The above writ petition is filed to direct the official respondents to remove the compound wall, blocking the road, in T.S.No.1011 of Waltair ward, to the South of Viswapriya

Function Hall and to form a road as per the approved plan (resolution No: 521 dated: 01-03-1985 of VUDA) to enable the petitioner enjoyment of its site of 1366 sq. yards.

wall and blocked the access to the petitioner. The petitioner approached the authorities on 06.02.1998 and later made another representation on 19.06.2001 to the Vice Chariman, VUDA. In fact, VUDA instructed the Municipal Corporation to remove the encroachment on the road. In spite of the instructions of VUDA, since the Municipal authorities failed to remove the encroachment, the above writ petition is filed.

authority shall consider the same objectively, strictly in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
