Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction particularlyoneinthenatureof
writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent as principal (Full Additional Charge) notwithstandingthedirectionofthe first respondent in his Letter No.F3/26084/2002 dated 05.12.2002 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the rules and directing the second respondent Management to take action to fill up the post of principal as per the aforesaid letter of the first respondent to consider the case of the case of the'petitioner for promotion to the post of principal after constituting the staff selection committee as per the rules.
