pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action respondents particuarily the 4th and 6th respondents in trying to Removal/Termination of the Petitioners Services from Posts of Security Guards and Sanitation Worker respectively in the 5th respondent Hospital situated at T.Kothapalli, I.Polavaram Mandal Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District in pursuance of the 6th respondent Proposal for removal dated 09-09-2024 is illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principal of Fundamental Rights under Ariticles 311(2), 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India. lA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated i ;.n the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd to 6th respondents not to Removal/Termination the Petitioners Services from Posts of Security Guards and Sanitation Worker respectively in the 5th respondent Hospital situated at T.Kothapalli, I.Polavaram Mandal, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District in pursuance of the 6th respondent Proposal for removal dated 09-09-2024, pending disposal of the above writ petition.
