Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.
- A show-cause notice No.04/A/2024, dated 30.07.2024 (Ex.PI) was issued against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted the explanation on 13.08.2024 (EX.P4).
- Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without passing an appropriate order, respondent No.2 is not allowingthepetitionerto discharge duties as Anganwadi Worker.
- Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services,oninstructionsof respondent No.2, would submit that respondent No.2willnotinterferewiththe petitioner’s discharging duties as Anganwadi Worker, till an appropriate order is passed.
- Given the facts and circumstances of the case, theWrit Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consentofboththelearned counsel, directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the
