160 Sq.yards in Sy.No.34/1, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam bearing D.No. 1-50.4/1C, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner, as seen from the affidavit is that the petitioner made representation dated 14.12.2012 to regularize the land in his occupation by collecting necessary charges. In August, 2012, the officials of tKe-Tespondent authority demolished the residential house of the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the regularization of the land is within the purview of Revenue authorrtres and the respondent authority is not the competent authority to regularize the land in favour of the petitioner.

Thus, as seen from the averments in the affidavit. petitioner pleaded making of representation on 14.12.2012. He also pleaded that in August, 2012, his residential house was demolished.
