None appeared for the petitioner. As seen from thepreviousdocket proceedings, it appears that the sole petitioner diedandlearnedcounselfor the petitioner sought time on 29.11.2021 for takingfurthersteps. But even after lapse of three years, learned counsel for thepetitionerhasnottakenany

steps and still he sought time for getting instructions. Already the matter was posted to this day with a finding that no further time will be granted and the matter will be proceeded further.
- Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So far, learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner onrecord.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands
closed.
