Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction particularly onein the nature of Writ of Mandamus action of the respondents in not conductingthe Induction Training for the Petitioners necessary for appointment to the post of police constables SCT PC(CIVIL) under SC-NCC category despite MEMO.Vide RC. NO. 633/TRG.2/2023 dated 28.08.2023 issued by theOFFICEOF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE. In pursuant to the notification no.Rc.No.215/R&T/Rect.2/2018,Dated 12-11-2018 notification issued by the STATE LEVEL RECRIUTMENT BOARD, ANDHRA PRADESH, MANGALAGIRI, GUNTUR DISTRICT Is illegal, arbitraryand violation of article 14,15,19 and 21 of the constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and consequently direct the respondents to send the petitioner to Induction training simultaneously without any delay in pursuant to the MEMO. Vide RC.NO.633/TRG.2/2023 dated 28.08.2023 issued by the OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE.

undergoing induction training.
