Heard Sri Akula Kishan, learned counsel for the appellant,and the learned Government Pleader for Forests. 2. The instant writ appeal is directed against theorderdated 09.07.2024 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.7323 of 2024. The said writ petition has been preferred bytheappellant the herein being aggrieved by the rejection of his request by authorities of the Forest Department for transfer ofthe licence saw-mill, which is standing in the name of his pertaining to a mother/the 5^^ respondent, in his name.

granting liberty to the appellant/writ petitioner to file a representation before the concerned authority for the transfer of licence, after the suit is disposed of and if the judgment is rendered in his favour, and in such an event, the concerned authority was directed to pass appropriate orders, after issuing notice to the affected parties and after affording them an opportunity of hearing, inaccordancewith law.
- We do not find any error in the order of the learned single Judge, warranting interference in this intra-court appeal.
- The writ appeal is devoid of merits and, accordingly,stands rejected. As a sequel, pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
