Admittedly, the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent solemnized on 24.04.2021 in a Church at Eluru town, as per rites and customs prevailing in Christian community, and thereafter the couple is said to be resided at Hyderabad, but due to misunderstandings between them, now the petitioner is residing in her parents’ house at Vijayawada. The petitioner also filed FCOP (MC) No.1279 of 2022 on the file of Additional Family Court, Vijayawada under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, seeking maintenance from the respondent, wherein the respondent also filed counter putting forth his defence. It is also stated in DVOP No.111 of 2022 by the respondent that the petitioner lodged report, due to that Police are frequently calling them. As the respondent filed counter in FCOP (MC) No.1279 of 2022 on the file of Additional Family Court, Vijayawada, which itself shows that the respondent is appearing before Additional Family Court, Vijayawada, due to that divorce petition filed by the husband, and the petition filed by the wife under Section 125 of Cr.P.C can be disposed
