H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2023 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Narasaraopet, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Ongole, Prakasam District. The learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, shall transmit the case records in H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2023 after duly indexed to the Family Court, Ongole, Prakasam District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of orders of this Court in this petition. The learned Judge, Family Court, Ongole, shall not insist for physical presence of both parties for each and every adjournment, if they engage a counsel. The learned Judge can insist for their presence as and when required or at the time of recording their evidence before the Court. Both parties shall appear before the Family Court, Ongole, on 10.02.2024 at 10.30 a.m. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay granted if any, shall stand vacated. |
