dated 04.09.2014 in E.A.No.185 of 2014 in E.A.No.37 of 2014 in E.P.No.35 of 2010 in O.S.No.200 of 2009 passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

filed by the Petitioner under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the Sale dated 19.01.2012 in E.P.No. 35 of 2010 in O.S.No.200 of 2009. On 18.11.2022, it was represented by the learned counsel for the Respondents that sale was confirmed and possession was delivered on 07.11.2014 in favour of the respondents. There was no representation for the Revision Petitioner on that date.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
