The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner/tenant Mr.Grandhi Gopala Krishna Murthy, represented the case. The learned Counsel Mr.Vivekananda, represented on behalf of Mr.Virupaksha Dattatreya Gouda, learned Counsel for the respondent/landlord. 2. In view of compromise entered between the parties in CRP No.6512 of 2016, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner/tenant sought permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
- The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay if any, granted shall stand vacated.
