Questioning the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hindupur in Crl.M.P.No. 198 of 2013 in S.C.No.421 of 2012, dated 19.07.2013 allowing the petitionfiled under Section 311 Cr.P.C., seeking to recall PW-12 for further examination, the present Criminal Revision Case isfiled. 2. The Accused filed the present Criminal Revision Case before this Court in the year, 2013. No interim order was granted by this Court at the time of admission.' Subsequently, the Trial Court disposed of the main Sessions case itself by judgment, dated 03.09.2014. As such, the cause in the present Criminal Revision Case does not survive for adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
