ORDER: As seen from the record, this Court by order dated 17-10-2023 permitted the petitioner-accused No. 2 to^withdrawthe ■'} a . r Iearlier" petition for anticipatory bail i.e. Criminal^{PetitionNo.7833} of' 2023 with liberty to surrender herself and move a regular bail application before the Court below. This Court also observed that on filing of such application for regular bail, the^Courtbelow is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, keeping in mind that the other accused were already enlarged on bail, within a period of five days thereafter. Hence, again renewing his request for anticipatory bail for the very same petitioner before this Court is nothing but contrary^totheearlier orders dated 17-10-2023 passed by this Court in Criminal^Petition

Thus, granting the very same liberty to the petitioneraccused No. 2, the instant criminal petition is also^dismissed.
