The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioner/Accused No.2, seeking to quash the proceedings against himinCrimeNo.116 of 2020 on the file of Chapadu Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences under Sections 120-b, 465,468and506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.
