The learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor furnished the xerox copy of the death certificate of the petitioner,which shows that the petitioner was died on 27.05.2021 andthesame was affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Hence, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated.
