Criminal Petition No.6232 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/A2, under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik^Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the learned 2 nd Special Judicial Magistrate of 2 nd Class, Kadapa for early disposal of S.T.C.No.258 of 2022.

Criminal Petition No.6233 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the learned 2 nd Special Judicial Magistrate of 2 nd Class, Kadapa for early disposal of S.T.C.No.254 of 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that^the only request of the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the S.T.C.No.258 of 2022 & S.T.C.No.254 of 2022,^filedunder the provisions of 160 IPC as expeditiously as possible,^asthe matters were pending from the year 2022.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes notice for respondent No.1/State.

Undisputedly, the S.T.C.No.258 of 2022 & S.T.C.No.254^of 2022 were filed in the year 2022.

In view of the above, considering the facts and circumstances, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission directing the trial Court to dispose of S.T.C.No.258 of 2022 & S.T.C.No.254 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3)^monthsfrom the date of receipt of copy of this order.
